This can't be done yet, but you can limit searches to those claiming to be native speakers. However, you will also find sentences that are included in steps 1 and 2.
Warnings:

• There are a number of members on tatoeba.org that claim to be native speakers of 2 or more languages, so don't trust these sentences too much.
• Some native speakers have contributed old-fashioned or archaic English from old public domain books which you might not find useful for your own language study.
• Some native speakers have contributed sentences that are unnatural-sounding because they are translations that are influenced too much by the source language.
