• Requirements:
  • These quizzes require having the Flash Player plugin (Version 4 or newer) properly installed.
  • (This has been tested with: MacOS X Safari, Explorer, ... and Windowx XP Explorer.)
• Quiz Data:
  • There is one quiz for each kanji that is used in more than 5 words marked as "priority words" in EDICT.
  • The vocabulary level is for advanced students. EDICT's "priority words" include some words that are not so commonly used.
• Options:
  • You can change the size of the quiz by resizing your browser's window.
  • Choosing [Start w/ 4 choices] will show HIRAGANA.
  • Choosing [Start w/ 5 choices] will show only the word with the KANJI.
• The Quizzes:
  • There are 365 quizzes in each column roughly sorted in the order they are taught to Japanese.
  • The English word showing in the menu for each kanji is usually just one of many meanings.
